Turtle Rock is one of the oldest maps in the game. There are no critters on this map which is annoying for undead players. There are few greens and easy oranges on the sides of the map. All of the orange gold mines have harder creeps to take and thus early expansions are hard to achieve.
Below are various creep routes for each race (UD still under construction).

Human Creep Routes
Safe fast expansion
You will need militia for the first and 3rd spots along with your army. You will also need defend to creep the third spot. Gives you access to a safe expansion.
Faster expansion (less safe)
This creep pattern is more common to get your early expansion however it is more exposed. You will need militia as well as your army for the 1st and 3rd spots.
Night Elf Creep Routes
General safe creep pattern
This creep pattern can be adjusted by removing the #2 spot, but the creeps on this map are more challenging and having more time to pump archers is beneficial.
AoW creep the 1st spot and then pump additional archers up to 5 archers total while you take the #2, #3 and #4 spots. When you make 5 archers in total uproot the AoW and move it to the 5th spot and use your AoW to tank the damage of that creep to take it easier.
Specific creep pattern for bottom left starting spawn
Specifically at the bottom left starting position you can build your AoW at the #1 spot. You can then take the 2nd spot easily thereafter. From there you can either continue on to take another green or go harass.
You can also proxy your AoW at the bottom right opening position between your shop and orange to creep there by pulling the orange creep to the AoW, however, this is obviously slower and not very effective. It does allow you to later on take the shop with your AoW tanking damage.
vs UD or a fast expansion
If facing an UD or a fast expansion consider taking your first green (AoW creep it) and then go harass.

Orc Creep Routes
FS Lvl 3
Small Turtle into small turtle into neighboring spawn, into nearest orange ogre camp into goblin shop is a pretty safe route and doable with grunts and with headhunters. It’s very possible that you will meet the opponent at the goblin shop, so be prepared for that.
FS Grunt 2 Burrow Fast Expo (vs UD mostly)
Small turtle, into small turtle at neighboring spawn and red spot at neighboring spawn is doable for lvl3 but you need to be careful with tanking damage and keeping wolves alive. You should expo right away when you’re done with the spot.
BM Item creep lvl 3 normal shop
This creep pattern can be adjusted by removing the #2 spot, but the creeps on this Get the small turtle camp, go back to shop at your lounge, then creep the first ogre spot entirely, item creep the second ogre spot and take the whole goblin shop..
BM Item creep late shop
Item creep (just kill the creep that drops the item) two of the orange ogre camps (start with the one farther away from your base, get a circlet while passing the shop and come back to your ogre camp) and do your turtles after for lvl 2. You will have 3 permanent items (4 with the bought circlet) and a fast tech. With this route you can build your voodoo lounge after the tech.
